Auch wenn Quantum Computing digital ist, der physische Kontakt mit Wissensträger und Menschen aus allen Regionen der Welt ist für den Informationsaustausch unerlässlich. UptownBasel wird gebaut und QuantumBasel hat zum Symposium vom 18.3 bis 20.3 eingeladen. Wir waren dabei und durften aus erster Hand erfahren, was Quantum in Zukunft ermöglichen wird. Zugegeben ist es speziell und auch zum Teil akademisch, wenn über QC Qbits und deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten gesprochen wird. Bereits vor einem Jahr durften wir die ersten Erfahrungen austauschen. Es verwundert also nicht, dass ein Jahr später ein vielfaches an Möglichkeiten und Einsatzgebieten der QBit Rechenleistung schon viel weiter entwickelt ist als vor 12 Monaten. Uns interessierte nebst der Technologie die zukünftigen Stellen, Aufgaben und Möglichkeiten, welche die Welt der Quantum Dienstleistungen angeboten werden. Das Resultat des Symposium war, hier werden viele neue Aufgabengebiete geschaffen, welche heute zwar nebst den ML, AI, Quant zum Teil bekannt sind, jedoch ist dies aus unserer Sicht erst ein Beginn.

CEO Damir Bogdan hat uns Einblick in das wachsende QuantumBasel ermöglicht. An dieser Stelle herzlichen Dank! Ebenso waren wir von einer jungen Dame "Elisa Torres" zutiefst beeindruckt. Als Junge Frau gründete sie "Girls in Quantum" und die Community wächst rasant. Dabei geht es Frauen für Quantum Computing zu begeistern und die neue Technologie an einem breiten jungen Publikum näher zu bringen.

In Sachen Quantum können wir mal wieder viele Kontakte, ein erweitertes Netzwerk und Wissen mitnehmen, welches Digital nicht möglich gewesen wäre. Wir sind gespannt auf die nächsten Jahre und freuen uns auf weitere «borderless thinking» Gespräche mit Unternehmern und interessierten Menschen. Wir sind HeadHunter aus Leidenschaft und unsere Arbeit beginnt nicht erst mit einem Auftrag. So ermöglichen wir es, Menschen und Unternehmen die Chance der Wettbewerbsvorteile zu schaffen.

Even though quantum computing is digital, physical contact with knowledge holders and people from all regions of the world is essential for the exchange of information. UptownBasel is being built and QuantumBasel has invited people to the symposium from March 18th to 20th. We were there and were able to experience first-hand what Quantum will enable in the future. Admittedly, it is special and partly academic when talking about QC Qbits and their possible uses. We were able to exchange our first experiences a year ago. It is therefore not surprising that a year later, many of the possibilities and areas of application of QBit computing power are already much more developed than they were 12 months ago. In addition to the technology, we were interested in the future positions, tasks and opportunities offered by the world of quantum services. The result of the symposium was that many new areas of responsibility are being created here, some of which are now known alongside ML, AI and Quant, but from our point of view this is just a beginning.
CEO Damir Bogdan gave us insight into the growing QuantumBasel. At this point, thank you very much! We were also deeply impressed by a young lady "Elisa Torres". As a young woman she founded "Girls in Quantum" and the community is growing rapidly. The aim is to get women excited about quantum computing and to bring the new technology closer to a broad young audience.
When it comes to Quantum, we can once again take with us many contacts, an expanded network and knowledge that would not have been possible digitally. We are excited about the next few years and look forward to further "borderless thinking" discussions with entrepreneurs and interested people.
